§ 123.02 GUEST REGISTER.
   (A)   Each hotel operator shall keep a registration record for each guest. The record shall include, at a minimum, the guest name(s), date(s) of occupancy, room number(s), and price paid.
   (B)   Each hotel operator shall require guests to register using a valid form of photo identification showing, at a minimum, the guest's name, photo, address and date of birth. Each operator shall keep a photocopy of the guest's photo identification with the guest register.
   (C)   The operator of the hotel shall make available the guest register for review and inspection by any representative of the City of Markham upon 24 hour notice from the city, unless emergent or exigent circumstances exist.
