(A) A violation of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of $500 for the first violation and $750 for any subsequent violations. Each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
(B) In addition to any other penalties imposed by law, a violation of this chapter may result in the suspension or revocation of the hotel's operator's license.
