In addition to the provisions herein and to the extent that the same are not inconsistent with the provisions of this article, the levy and collection of taxes herein imposed shall be otherwise administered in the same manner as the State Franchise Tax Act as contained in Article 9, Subchapter 1, Chapter 105 of the General Statutes.
