Sec. 9-124. Exceptions.
   Notwithstanding the provisions of section 9-123, the use of property for a lawful business or commercial purpose pursuant to all required licenses and permits and in full compliance with the zoning rules and regulations in effect in the city shall not be considered as a nuisance so long as the use of the property and the conditions created thereon further such lawful business use or commercial use.
