4-3C-20: DISPOSAL OF VIDEO GAMING TERMINALS:  
Video gaming terminals shall be disposed of only pursuant to the regulations of the Illinois Gaming Board as set forth in section 1800.1070 of the Illinois Administrative Code. (Ord. 3567, 9-23-2019)
