2-6-5: BUDGET AND ANNUAL REPORT:
The board shall prepare and present to the city council an annual budget on or before the first Monday in April and shall, at the same time, present to the city council a report of the activities and presentations conducted at the center during the preceding year. (1977 Code § 2.44.070; amd. 2013 Code)
