12-4-5: LOTS:
   A.   The size, shape and orientation of lots shall be appropriate for the location of the proposed subdivision and for the type of development contemplated, the zoning ordinance requirements to be complied with in all respects.
   B.   Excessive depth in relation to width ordinarily shall be avoided.
   C.   Every lot must abut upon a street.
   D.   Lots for residence purposes must be at least sixty feet (60') wide at the building setback line.
   E.   Corner lots for residential use shall be ordinarily platted wider than interior lots.
   F.   Double frontage lots and reversed frontage lots will be ordinarily avoided.
   G.   Side lot lines shall be approximately at right angles to the right of way line of the street on which the lot fronts. Not more than a ten percent (10%) deviation from a right angle will be allowed without prior written permission of the plan commission. (1977 Code § 16.28.040)
