12-4-3: BLOCKS:
   A.   Blocks shall have sufficient width to provide for two (2) tiers of lots of appropriate depth, unless, in the opinion of the plan commission, prevented by exceptional topography or other physical conditions.
   B.   In any block over nine hundred feet (900') in length, the plan commission shall require that a crosswalk or pedestrianway not less than ten feet (10') wide be provided near the center and entirely across such block. (1977 Code § 16.28.020; amd. 2013 Code)
