A. Minimum improvements must be installed, unless a surety bond is filed, prior to approval and acceptance of the plat, in accordance with the requirements of this chapter. (1977 Code §§ 16.16.010, 16.16.020)
B. The code enforcement officer shall review the construction plans for improvements with the superintendents of the city water, sewer and street departments upon the delivery of such plans to him from the plan commission. (1977 Code §§ 16.16.010, 16.16.020; amd. 2013 Code)
C. Such plans shall be revised by the subdivider as may be necessary to comply with this chapter and all other city ordinances. Failure to make such revisions will be grounds for nonapproval and nonacceptance of the plat. (1977 Code §§ 16.16.010, 16.16.020)
