Whenever the requirements of this title differ from the requirements of any other lawfully adopted and effective ordinance, regulation, deed restriction, or covenant, the more stringent requirement shall prevail. Regardless of any other provision of this title, no land shall be used and no structure shall be erected or maintained in violation of any duly constituted laws of the state of Illinois or of the United States Of America.
   B.   If any provision of this title is declared unconstitutional or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that decision shall not affect the validity of the remainder of this title. (Ord. 1148, 4-27-1987, eff. 6-1-1987)
