A. Application: This section shall apply to the refurbishing, addition, remodeling, or repairing of structures existing at the time of the adoption of this section. The Mayor and City Council shall have, at their discretion, the ability to waive any and all permit fees under this section that they deem are in the best interest of the City to waive.
B. Fee Schedule: The fee schedule for refurbishing, repair, or remodeling of structures existing at the time of the adoption of this section shall be as follows:

$50,001.00 - $100,000.00 | $265.00 plus $0.36 per hundred or part thereof the estimated cost over $50,001.00. Maximum - $445.00 |
$100,001.00 - $500,000.00 | $445.00 plus $0.29 per hundred or part thereof the estimated cost over $100,001.00. Maximum - $1,605.00 |
$500,001.00 - $1,000,000.00 | $1,605.00 plus $0.27 per hundred or part thereof the estimated cost over $500,001.00. Maximum - $2,995.00 |
