A. No owner of real estate and no developer, corporate or individual, of real estate shall undertake development or site improvement of any tract of real estate including, but not limited to, subdivision development, without first obtaining sign off by and approval of designated City representatives. The site of improvement and subdivision development approval form shall be substantially as attached to the ordinance codified herein.
B. Any person or other entity who undertakes site improvement or subdivision development without having received satisfactory completion of the form mentioned in subsection A of this section shall be denied connection to any City service. (Ord. 2325, 9-13-2010)
C. Each day a violation of this section occurs shall be a separate violation and subject the violator to a fine as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 2325, 9-13-2010; amd. 2013 Code)
