8-7-2: ADVERTISING RESTRICTIONS ON CLOCK TOWER PROPERTY:
The placement of banners, placards, signs and other such material on the grounds surrounding the clock tower on the Tower Square is prohibited. Upon application to the mayor, an exception may be approved. (Ord. 2238, 12-8-2008)
