Unless otherwise provided, violation of any provision of this chapter shall subject the violator to a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). For instances in which the violation is continuous, each day shall be considered a separate violation. (2013 Code)
