8-1-7: VISIBILITY AT INTERSECTIONS:
   A.   No person, firm, group or company shall plant, install, erect or construct any object at or near the intersection of one city street with another or with any drive used by the public in such a manner as to obstruct the view of approaching motor vehicular traffic on one such intersecting street or drive by the operator of a motor vehicle approaching such intersection on the other intersecting street or drive.    B.   Any object that is planted, installed, erected, or constructed at or near the intersection of two (2) city streets or the intersection of a drive used by the public and one city street in such manner that the operator of a motor vehicle is required to drive such motor vehicle or any part thereof beyond the curb line of the street or drive intersecting the street upon which such vehicle is operated before the operator thereof can obtain a clear view of approaching motor vehicular traffic on such intersecting street or drive shall be deemed to be in violation of this section. Each day such violation continues shall be considered a separate violation. (1977 Code §§ 12.04.020, 12.04.030)
