7-7-10: PROHIBITED CONDITIONS:
   A.   Emissions: It is unlawful to operate any vehicle which emits dense smoke or such an amount of smoke or fumes as to be dangerous to the health of persons or as to endanger the drivers of other vehicles. (1977 Code § 10.44.020)
   B.   Spilling Loads: No vehicle shall be so loaded that any part of its load spills or drops on any street or alley in the city. (1977 Code § 10.44.050)
