6-9-1: DEFINITIONS:
As used herein, the following terms shall mean:
CHIEF OF POLICE: The chief of police for the city of Marion, Illinois, police department.
CITY: The city of Marion, Illinois.
POLICE DEPARTMENT: The city of Marion, Illinois, police department.
PROPERTY: Shall include any item of personal property that has been either impounded, seized, confiscated, or otherwise placed in the control of the city of Marion police department. (Ord. 3105, 5-13-2013)
