6-8-4: PENALTY AND ENFORCEMENT:
Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished by a fine as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate violation. This section shall in no way abrogate or impair the right of the city to specifically enforce, by any legal means, any of the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 2071, 3-13-2006; amd. 2013 Code)
