10-15-10: PENALTY:

In addition to other remedies stated herein, any person, firm or corporation found to be in violation of this Article shall be subject to fines of up to seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00) per day as stated in 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 3842, 11-28-2022)
