Electronic computer-controlled signs capable of displaying multiple advertisements may be requested by the Marion Emergency Management Agency (EMA) to share important emergency information for citizens and motorists traveling in the City of Marion. The owner/operator of such a sign shall provide contact information through the application process that will be shared with the City EMA Director for such purpose. (Ord. 3842, 11-28-2022)
