The following signs do not require a permit:
A. One sign smaller than twelve (12) square feet in area may be posted on any parcel of land.
B. Signs posted by authorized government officials in the strict performance of their official duties.
C. Signs not visible from public thoroughfares or signs within a business, office, building, or other enclosed area.
D. Any sign of six (6) square feet or smaller that is posted by or with the approval of a City resident at the location of their residence. (Ord. 3842, 11- 28-2022)
