A. Any violation of this Section may result in any penalty as described in 1-4-1 of this Code for the owner and occupant of the property where the Intermodal Shipping Container is located.
B. In addition to penalties per 1-4-1 of this Code, once the Building and Code Services Department has provided notice of any such violation by physical posting on the Intermodal Shipping Container and certified mailing to the owner and occupant of the property, if the violation is not corrected or appealed within ten (10) days, the City may take action to remove or correct the violation with the costs of such removal or correction to be a lien placed on the property.
