All agencies shall abide by and cooperate fully with the provisions described or referenced in the emergency operations plan attached to the ordinance codified herein. All responsibilities of tasked organizations to prepare and maintain standard operating procedures and commit them to training, exercising and plan maintenance efforts needed to support the EP is declared. All tasked organizations further agree to implement full compliance with all principals and operational protocols in compliance with the national incident management system (NIMS) to ensure effective cross jurisdictional cooperation between multiple organizations when responding to incidents.
