5-11-4: NO PERMIT REQUIRED:
The requirement of a permit being issued before engaging in any of the acts specified in Section 5-11-1 and Section 5-11-3 shall not apply to works to be done pursuant to the authority of an agency of the state, federal or other government entity. (Ord. 3627, 6-22-2020)
