A. Suit: Should the person so charged fail to pay the amount charged within fourteen (14) days, the city is authorized to file suit against such person for collection of the same in the circuit court of the county.
B. Lien: The Building and Code Services Department is authorized to file a lien against the real estate from which the city cut or removed weeds, grass or other vegetation, the amount of the lien to include, but is not limited to, administrative and legal fees, filing and service of process fees and the appropriate charges designated in subsection 5-3-5B of this chapter.
