5-3-4: ISSUANCE OF CITATION:
If there is a violation of section 5-3-1 of this chapter regarding weeds, grass or other vegetation, the code enforcement officer may issue to the owner or person in control of the real estate upon which there is such a violation a ticket and file said ticket for prosecution in the office of the circuit court of the county.
