A. No one (1) yard, garage, rummage or similar sale shall continue for longer than three (3) consecutive days.
B. No continuous or back-to-back sales shall be permitted and a minimum of fifteen (15) days shall pass between each individual yard, garage, rummage, or similar sale.
C. No sale shall be conducted before 6:00 a.m. or after 6:00 p.m.
D. Any and all items that remain from the sale after the third day must be removed or stored in an enclosed area within 24 hours after said sale.
E. All parking of vehicles shall be conducted in compliance with all applicable laws and codes. (Ord. 3737, 7-26-2021)
