A. No license shall be transferable, and every license shall expire on January 31 next succeeding its issuance.
B. Every licensee may apply for renewal each year, prior to the expiration of their license, by paying the applicable license fee accompanied by an updated copy of the required bond, notice of any changes to contact or business information and verification of completion of a minimum of eight (8) hours of continuing education in the electrical field.
