1-6-3: ORDER OF BUSINESS:

At each meeting of the council, the following order of business shall be observed, together with usual and proper decorum:

   A.   Roll call.

   B.   Reading of the minutes.

   C.   Report from the department of public affairs.

   D.   Report from the department of accounts, finances and streets.

   E.   Report from the department of public health and safety.

   F.   Report from the department of public works.

   G.   Report from the department of public property.

   H.   Petitions and communications.

   I.   Unfinished business.

   J.   New business.
