4-2-8: PAYMENT AND DISPOSITION OF FEES; REFUNDS:
All fees shall be paid to the City Clerk prior to a license being issued, and shall be forthwith deposited to the City Clerk's account of the City. In the event that a license applied for is denied, the fee shall be returned to the applicant; if the license is granted then the fee shall be deposited in the General Corporate Fund.
