5-12-1: INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE ADOPTED:
The 2018 edition of the International Property Maintenance Code is adopted, (Attachment A to the ordinance codified herein) one copy shall be on file in the Office of Building and Codes Services. Any person who violates any of the provisions of the code adopted herein shall be subject to the General Penalty under Chapter 4. (Ord. 3646, 9-28-2020)
