3-9-6: APPLICATION OF LAWS AND THIS CHAPTER:

A. Application Of Other Laws: Nothing in this chapter is intended to exempt healing arts malpractice suits from all other provisions and requirements of law including, but not limited to, minimum filing and complaint requirements for plaintiffs in healing arts malpractice cases.

B. Application Of Provisions: The provisions of this chapter shall apply to any healing arts malpractice suit filed on or after the effective date hereof. (Ord. 1967, 6-28-2004)
