3-9-4: EXEMPTIONS:

Any healthcare professional who gives aid, assistance, succor or care to anyone injured or suffering from an emergency or acute incident in the city shall be exempt from liability for a subsequent loss inadvertently inflicted, provided the aid, assistance, succor or care was given in a usual and customary manner under the circumstance at the time.
