3-9-3: AWARD OF DAMAGES:
   A.   Tangible Losses: In the event the litigant bringing such action at law is successful and damages are awarded for economic loss, such damages shall be specifically based on tangible loss for cost of past and future medical and hospital expenses, loss of income and other property loss, if any.
   B.   Intangible Losses: In the event damages are awarded for intangible loss including, but not limited to, damages for pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, loss of consortium and loss of society, being noneconomic damages, said damages shall be limited to no more than three (3) times the damages awarded for economic loss.
