§ 152.132 FIRE HYDRANTS.
   (A)   In subdivisions with central water systems, hydrants should be provided at each street intersection and at intermediate points between intersections as recommended by the State Insurance Services Office and the local fire department.
   (B)   Generally, hydrant spacing may range from 350 to 600 feet depending on the nature of the area being served as determined by the jurisdictional engineer.

SEWERAGE FACILITIES
§ 152.145 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS.
   The subdivider shall install sanitary sewer facilities in a manner prescribed by the county construction standards and specifications.
   (A)   All plans shall be designed in accordance with the rules, regulations, and standards of the jurisdictional engineer, Health Department, and other appropriate state and federal agencies. (In the case of a city system extended into the county, the city’s engineering standards and the like would prevail).
   (B)   The design shall meet or exceed the minimum standards described in the latest edition of Recommended Standards for Sewage Works as published by the Educational Health Service, Albany, New York.
   (C)   Plans shall be approved by all state and federal agencies where required by those agencies.

§ 152.146 SANITARY SEWAGE SYSTEM.
   (A)   Where provided, sanitary sewage facilities shall connect with public sanitary sewage systems and shall be installed to serve each lot to grades and sizes required by approving officials and agencies.
   (B)   Sanitary sewage facilities (including the installation of laterals in the right-of-way) shall be subject to the specifications, rules, regulations and guidelines of the Health Officer, participating jurisdiction, and appropriate state agency.

§ 152.147 INDIVIDUAL DISPOSAL SYSTEM.
   If public sewer facilities are not available and individual disposal systems are proposed, minimum lot areas shall conform to the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance and any ordinance of any participating jurisdiction (where applicable) establishing lot areas for individual sewerage disposal systems.
