§ 112.01 RATIFICATION OF PRIOR FRANCHISES.

   The city hereby ratifies all cable television franchises and all amendments to those franchises approved by the city prior to the adoption of this code.

§ 112.02 OBTAINING A FRANCHISE.

   Whenever a cable television company wishes to obtain a franchise, it shall submit a proposed ordinance and agreement to the City Council for consideration.

§ 112.03 RENEWING OR AMENDING FRANCHISE.

   If an existing cable television company, with an existing franchise, shall attempt to renew or amend its franchise, it shall in like manner submit an amending ordinance and franchise to the City Council for its consideration.
