§ 93.31 COMMERCIAL ADVERTISEMENTS.
   No person shall distribute or place commercial advertisement within the parks without a permit from the Board.

§ 93.32 DOGS AND CATS.
   No dog, cat or any animal is permitted in the parks unless such animals are controlled at all times on a leash not more than eight feet long. All animal owners must pick up and properly dispose of the animal’s waste.

§ 93.33 FIREARMS, FIREWORKS AND WEAPONS.
   No person shall discharge any firearms, fireworks, projectile such as bb guns, pellet guns, and sling shots or other weapons within the parks without a permit from the Board.

§ 93.34 PROHIBITIONS IN MATTER PARK.
   (A)   Activities prohibited inside the fence of the Friendship Corner at Matter Park.
      (1)   No person shall be permitted to smoke, have pets, skateboard, roller blade, or ride bicycles at any time inside the fence of the Friendship Corner (special needs play area) at Matter Park located in Marion, Indiana.
      (2)   Posting of notices. The City Department of Parks and Recreation shall post notices at Friendship Corner advising the general public of this rule.
   (B)   Activities prohibited inside the established area of the “Gardens of Matter Park” at Matter Park.
      (1)   No person shall be permitted to smoke, skateboard, roller blade, or ride bicycles at any time inside the “Gardens of Matter Park” at Matter Park located in Marion, Indiana.
      (2)   Posing of notices. The City Department of Parks and Recreation shall post notices at the “Gardens of Matter Park” advising the general public of this rule.

§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   Any person who violates any provision of these rules shall be deemed to have committed an ordinance violation and shall be fined as determined by § 10.99 of this Code; except, however, a violation of § 93.28, Disorderly Conduct, shall be deemed to be a violation of state law as determined by the arresting officer.
