(A) Each and every coin-operated amusement and music device shall have affixed thereto, in a conspicuous place, a suitable and permanent identification stamp, mark or plate bearing the name and address of the distributor thereof.
(B) The City Clerk shall furnish a list containing the names and addresses of all licensees hereunder to the Chief of Police to facilitate inspections as required by § 115.22.
