§ 115.22 POLICE INSPECTION REQUIRED.

It shall be the duty of police officers to make inspections of all coin-operated amusement and music devices, and if any unlawful or improper practices are observed in connection therewith to report the same to the Chief of Police for the action as he or she may deem proper and to recommend the immediate revocation of the license.
