§ 70.020 OPERATION ON RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
   (A)   (1)   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a minibike on sidewalks and within the right-of-way of any public or private street being maintained or used as a thoroughfare for legally licensed vehicular traffic unless the operator has a valid motor vehicle operator’s license, and the minibike is properly registered and licensed with the state as a motor vehicle.
      (2)   Safety equipment as required under state license shall be installed and operable.
   (B)   All local and state traffic laws governing streets and highways will apply to the use.
