(A) A person who ceases to be a member, for a reason other than retirement or death, on or after satisfaction of an applicable age and credited service condition specified in division (B) shall be entitled to retire upon satisfaction of the conditions for voluntary retirement specified in § 32.10. Upon retirement the person shall be paid a pension computed according to § 32.13, as the section provided at the time of last termination of membership.
(B) The age and service conditions for vested termination of membership are as follows: benefit group general - 10 years of credited service without regard to age.
(C) Withdrawal of a person's accumulated contributions and loss of credited service as provided in § 32.05 shall constitute a forfeiture of all rights in and to retirement and the pension otherwise provided in this section.
