§ 32.05 LOSS OF CREDITED SERVICE.
   Except as provided under the terms of § 32.15(C), a person's credited service shall be forfeited and no longer in force in the event the person's accumulated contributions are withdrawn from the reserve for employee contributions and paid to the person.
