The Director of Public Safety and Service shall make a written account to the County Auditor of his actions under Sections 551.01 through 551.05 and a proper description of the premises involved. Such amounts, when allowed, shall be entered upon the tax duplicate and be a lien upon the lots or land from and after the entry and be collected as other taxes and returned to the General Fund of the City.
