No person shall fail to obey a police officer or other law enforcement officer and no person shall in any way interfere with any such police officer or other law enforcement officer or fireman, medical personnel or other authorized persons in the protection or preservation of life or property during the period or existence of a proclaimed state of emergency as prescribed in Section 510.01.
