510.02 CONTENTS OF PROCLAMATION.
   When a state of emergency has been proclaimed as provided in Section 510.01, any of the officers named therein acting in accordance therewith is authorized to issue such proclamations as he deems necessary to protect life and property. The proclamation shall include the establishment of a curfew and cordoning off any area or areas threatened by a riot or situation prescribed in Section 510.01 and prohibit persons from entering such area or areas except when carrying on necessary and legitimate pursuits. The proclamation may also prohibit the sale or offering for sale, dispensing or transportation of firearms, dangerous weapons, ammunition, dynamite or other dangerous explosives into or from such areas. Explosives and explosive devices shall specifically include gasoline, or any other like or unlike liquid of a flammable character in portable containers of five gallons or less. The proclamation prohibiting the sale of gasoline or other flammable substances may be applicable to the entire City or any particular part thereof. The proclamation may also resist or prohibit movement of persons to, out of or within any particular affected area or areas and may also prohibit or limit the assemblage of persons.
