1309.04 RESIDENTIAL HEATING FEES.

For one, two or three-family dwellings, permits shall be required for the installation, alteration or repair of warm-air or wet-heat systems and equipment. Charges for such permit fees shall be the same as that indicated in Section 1309.03(a), if such systems and equipment have not been included in the building valuation.
