(a) Whoever violates Section 927.03 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for the first offense, and not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned not more than three months, or both, for a second or any succeeding offense.

(b) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter where another penalty is not otherwise provided shall be fined not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than fifty dollars ($50.00).
