§ 112.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99.
   (B)   Whoever violates any provisions of § 112.36, in addition to the general penalty in division (A) above, shall not be granted a license for the vehicle concerned for a three-month period for a first conviction and a one-year period for each subsequent conviction.
   (C)   Whoever violates any provisions of § 112.37 shall, in addition to the general penalty in division (A) above, have his or her license revoked by the Mayor following a second conviction within three months after a first conviction.
