§ 112.30 TAXICAB STANDS AND PARKING.
   The Mayor shall be authorized and directed to establish taxicab stands which will serve the public interest. The stands shall be reserved exclusively for parking taxicabs awaiting passengers for hire. No taxicabs shall park continuously in a taxicab stand for a period exceeding one hour. The Mayor shall designate taxicab stands by stanchions or signs indicating that they are taxicab stands. The Mayor shall have continuing authority to establish, enlarge, diminish, or discontinue any taxicab stand. No person shall park any vehicle other than a taxicab in a taxicab stand.
