§ 112.28 PASSENGER-CARRYING FOR HIRE BY OTHER VEHICLES.

Acceptance of passengers for compensation by any vehicle other than a public vehicle, duly licensed under and operating in accordance with this subchapter, or by other than motor buses, omnibuses, or streetcars, operating under proper authority, shall not be permitted.
